To become a sub-agent of Airlink, you must be based in Australia, have a physical shopfront, and have access to a Global Distribution System (GDS) for bookings.

No, we do not offer our services to home-based travel agents or those without a physical shopfront.

Yes, we can provide GDS access for making travel reservations and issuing tickets as an integrated service, simplifying the process for travel agents.

To become a sub-agent, fill out the form on our website and submit the required documents to info@airlinkservicesgroup.com.au. Our team will review your application and get in touch within 2–4 working days.

Yes, we offer training and support when onboarding new sub-agents into our system. Our team is also available for further assistance.

Payment must be made upfront before ticket issuance. Credit facilities may be extended once you establish a positive business history with us and meet our financial criteria.

Our ticketing services are available from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 9pm and Sunday between 12pm and 9pm.

Sales and admin services are available from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm.

Yes, all new agents are required to provide a minimum bank guarantee of $10,000 to start ticketing with Airlink.
